Building regulations:

- Noise: It is forbidden to make noise or nuisances of any kind after 10 p.m.
- No ""Party"" allowed.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed with an additional fee. Pets must be declared at the time of booking; failure to do so may result in eviction without refund.

- Guest count must be respected. A small additional fee applies starting from the 7th guest. If the guest limit is exceeded without prior notice, double the fee will be charged, and immediate eviction without refund may occur.

- Fireworks: For safety reasons and for the protection of citizens, municipal law prohibits fireworks, the use of firecrackers and open fires. Failure to do so may result in eviction without refund

- Before your departure: We ask for your cooperation in order to keep the premises clean. Fees will be required if there is excess cleaning to be done.

- Smoking: It is forbidden to smoke in the chalet. For those who are going to smoke outside, collect your cigarette butts.

- Inventory and condition report: You will be held responsible for any damage and/or disappearance of any object during your stay as well as the cleanliness of the unit.
