Like the always blank double-sided pages of books, before and after the text, are used to protect the work itself... this villa was protection and refuge for the soul of a lady from Turin who loved literature and art, her beloved animals, her flowers and her books that accompanied her until, a centenary, she left a few years ago.
Today the villa, completely renovated according to current needs, maintains its original soul and character and is offered to qualified customers able to appreciate its true beauty.

EXTERIORS:
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic places in Ischia, on the hill of Monte Vico overlooking the marina.
Both from the large and lush garden and from the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, enjoying an aperitif at sunset, or at night when all the lights of the island shine, creating a magical scenario to say the least.
The multi-level garden is a true triumph of vegetation with centuries-old trees, from wonderful cortaderie to barns, from exuberant bougainvilleas to giant succulents. It feels like being in one of those wonderful exotic gardens.
To delight our guests, at the back of the villa, a warm and welcoming thermal bath, whose water flows directly from the local thermal spring.
Finally, a BBQ area equipped with table and chairs for those who love to cook on the grill.

THE INTERIORS:
If the exteriors are wonderful, when you enter you are truly breathless. Hand-painted majolica in every room, precious ceramics everywhere, period furniture, refined textiles, carefully selected objects, all to make the stay of our guests as comfortable as possible.
The villa consists of a double living room with fireplace, a large dining area, a service bathroom, a large kitchen with table and chairs, 4 double bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms.

To make our guests stay even more pleasant even on cooler evenings, alpaca duvets - Alpakino - are available thanks to the alpaca farm that the current owners have in our Dolomites.

the smallest municipality by extension but among the most interesting on the island. Lacco Ameno lives mainly on the sea, worth noting is the beautiful bay of San Montano and the homonymous fine sandy beach behind which lies the Negombo hydrothermal park with over 500 types of Mediterranean and exotic plants, a private beach and 13 thermal pools.

Spectacular Villa!

We had an incredible vacation! The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, historic, and set on a hilltop with spectacular views from multiple patio areas. The pool was therapeutic and refreshing! Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The staff were super friendly and charming and helpful! The daily breakfast spread and room cleaning were not even expected but were an incredible surprise!
