This is where FranceVilla started: Le Bouyssonnet, wonderful villa in its own private garden of 7 hectares, with a private (heated) swimming pool, just across an 18 –holes golf club and a tennis court. With views over the rolling hills, you can find this beautiful romantic wooden chalet with lots of comfort and personal style. Large part of the garden is fenced, so totally secure for animals and children... There is airconditioning in three bedrooms ànd there is a possibility to charge your electric car!
Interior
Wonderful, light and airy holiday home with lots of privacy. This large, 200m2 wooden chalet is designed by an architect and built under its supervision, decorated with personal style and to a high standard. Le Bouysonnet has a very nice kitchen with basically everything you need. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with a single bed each (but they can be made up as a double bed).
All bedrooms open up to the garden of 7 hectares with a wonderful view onto the hills (great sunsets!). The house has two new bathrooms with Italian showers, one of the bathrooms has a large double wash basin and the other bathroom is en-suite to the parents bedroom. The house is electrically heated.
Outside
A beautiful, partly covered terrace with a stunning view. There is a gorgeous heated private swimming pool (8x4m) in the garden.
Surroundings
Although in a calm environment you are only a short distance from the many sites to visit in as well the Dordogne as the Lot area. Le Bouyssonnet is only 7 km away from Souillac and the river the Dordogne. The lovely Midieval town Sarlat is at 30 km and Rocamadour only 25 km. There are several big supermarkets in Souillac.
Activities
Would you like to go canoeing, abseiling or riding a hot air balloon? It’s all possible within 25 km distance! In Gignac there are several walking tracks. A game of tennis is possible across the road! Canoeing and kayaking is possible at 7 km from the house. The Golf Course Souillac Country Club is across the road. The club can offer a round of Golf and has other facilities such as a good restaurant, terrace and tennis courts.
