The house is stocked with everything you could need. Master walk in closet for plenty of extra storage. 3 smart tvs all hooked up and working. Showers with master having a spot to sit down. Kitchen stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. Laundry machines . Living room very comfortable seating. Cleaned spotlessly and the decor has a florida vacation vibe. We rented this house for a month and it exceeded our expectations. The owner (Joe) was outstanding- always quick to reply and committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Location is ideal-close to numerous golf courses, great restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. What really stood out was how easy it was to get around, much less traffic and congestion than other places we stayed in Florida. The neighbors were friendly and made us feel right at home. A terrific rental experience from start to finish. Highly recommended this rental for a comfortable, stress free stay.

For the very short stay we had here it was terrific. Everything we needed was available. Very clean. All my communication with the owner was answered quickly and clearly. Sadly enough we were only able to stay two days as we evacuated due to the hurricane

Incredible stay in the Villages

My wife and I stayed at Joe's property for 3 1/2 months. Joe is a fantastic host and his property was perfect for us. We are both retired and we appreciated how close Joe's property is to the Spanish Springs town square. It is more convenient to use the provided golf cart. There were days at a time where we never had to use our automobile. We could shop, dine and be entertained all within an easy drive on the golf cart.
