Location, location, location
The location of this place is so close to everything, all you need is the provided golf cart. The Spanish Springs is only 1/4 mile away, and grocery stores, Target, Michaels are practically in your backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many golf courses. If possible, we would have rebooked but this rental was not available for the time we wanted.

Very comfortable home close to all amenities and Spanish Springs town square. Having the golf cart meant that we had to arrange car rental only a couple of times. Loved the location and the layout of the house. A landline for local calls and booking golf would have been useful as we could only make Whatsapp calls from our UK mobiles. All in all a spacious comfortable home made it a very enjoyable holiday.

Exerlent home
From turning onto drive home look great only got better when open door clean and welcoming. Loads of towels and a well stocked kitchen area. Although they gave you the use of a golf cart we didn't use it as we were located close to shops bars and restraints. The owner were exerlent communicators and we're on touch from getting there to leaving.

I am so sorry! I can’t pretend to know what the 29 recreation centers provide in exercise equipment per your question so I had provided this link to the 64 page book published by TV that goes into detail on each of the rec centers. We have noted our platform on VRBO does not allow links to go through, so perhaps that was filtered out from the emails.

Home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property in The Villages. It was well furnished and felt very comfortable and homey. The kitchen was also well stocked and there was a gas grill that we used often. We really liked the convenient location that is close to everything. The nearest pool was only a three minute golf cart ride away! We highly recommend this property and will consider coming back again.

Wonderful
This rental was clean and close to everything my wife and I wanted. Spanish Springs Square, Publix, the Chula Vista Recreation Center and its Executive golf course are all a few minutes away by golf cart (which was included in the rental) or by foot. This rental surpassed our expectations. We would recommend it highly.

Paradise
We loved our stay at the Sunset Unit, enjoying the lanai every morning and evening. Avis was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was paradise!

A wonderful experience
The owners were wonderful, responsive and helped us settle in as first time vrbo users. If you want to enjoy the Villages this location is amazing. Close to everything you might need. Would definitely go there again.

Nice. The coffee pot should be replaced. It spills coffee every time you pour. Great location to stores and Spanish Square. Chula Vista pool and recreation center were great and close.

Basecamp for experiencing The Villages
Loved the house. Very nice and exceeded expectations. Having a golf cart and a gas BBQ grill were extra bonuses. Location to food markets, entertainment, golf, swimming pool was perfect. All neighbors very nice. Highly recommend.

Location Location Location!

Retirement Vacation February 2020
My wife and I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home for the month of February 2020. In our 35 years of traveling, we have never stayed in a place as wonderful as this home. The whole place was immaculate. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Our hosts were wonderful and answered every question. The golf cart was so much fun. We were able to visit all 3 town squares and several recreation centers. I would highly recommend this home.

El Cortez
We really enjoyed our 3 week stay in this VRBO property. The place proved to be very comfortable for us and met all our needs, especially in terms of a well supplied kitchen. Best of all, we were located in a quiet neighborhood, but found ourselves just minutes away on foot from not one but two seriously large shopping areas. Need some milk? A 5 minute walk to Winn Dixie. Like to bowl? 60 seconds away. Unfortunately, we don’t bowl, but you get the point. An amazing location! We will definitely consider this place for a return visit.

Perfect location and accommodations
Staying here was the best. Could not have found a more perfect location. Everything was spotless and we felt like we were in a model home. I cannot say enough about the wonderful stay we had. The golf cart was so much fun to ride around in and the closeness to Spanish Springs and all its nightly shows and shops and Sumpter Landing could not be beat. You cannot find a better rental than 759 Cortez Avenue in the Village's. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.

Excellent Location - So Convenient!
We stayed in this home for the last 3 months and it is perfectly located in the Villages. We were able to use the provided golf cart to drive (or often just walked) to the very nearby pool and mailboxes, to go eat at many of the nearby restaurants, go shopping at Publix, CVS, Beall, and Target, and, of course, all the nights spent at Spanish Springs enjoying the music and restaurants there. The home was provided with everything we needed for a great lengthy summer stay! Thank you!
