“The staff took very long time to find our booking (c. 1h), but we were upgraded as a courtesy. The room was decent but didnt have a separate bathroom only a curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom. We didnt get any towels for the pool the first day as they were out. We booked bikes with the hotel but the day after (at the agreed time) we were informed that they didnt have any available for us. Overall the hotel premise is nice but they can improve service levels. ”

“Very cosy location and the bungalow style rooms are nice. Pool area is plentiful and overall good hotel. If you need a bit more quiet place and is the type that likes to swim in the pool this will suit you well. However the beach is very disappointing, we literally couldn't swim one single day due to poor quality. It's full of rocks and not suitable for swimming. If you head a bit longer out to the sea the hotel told us to not go further as there are jellyfish there. On the good side, the hotel...

“Quiet, clean little haven for our short visit to samui. Check in was easy and staff accomadated a request for extra pillows with no fuss and a smile. We would stay again, good price for the location.”

“This is a unique experience. It’s truly a beautiful place. Perhaps 8-10 other guests while we were there. We only spent time in the room to sleep. When we weren’t out on excursions we were sitting at the beautiful infinity pool with the most incredible view. Staff are super genuine and kind though a little young and inexperienced. Check in and check out needs some improvement. Beware of the very steep driveway. I would not try to do that at night without seeing it first in daylight and I drive...

“Jättefint hotel. Vi va här 4 nätter precis före jul. Lugnt och stillsamt och väldigt trevlig personal. Restaurangen hade bra mat men annars finns inget på gångavstånd om man vill äta ngt annat. Strand remsan är i minsta lagret men mysig och du behöver aldrig fundera på att få en solstol. Jättefina rum vi hade en pool access villa vilket va de bästa skulle jag säga, vi va tre personer. ”
