Run down property, small full-sized beds. First floor hallway smelled like spray paint every day and second floor smelled like skunk. (Huffers on the first floor and marijuana smokers on the second). The Marginal Inn would be a more appropriate name than Quality Inn.

There was a walmart right next door. There was a generous amount of traffic but you couldn't hear it from the inside. A very nice steak house right across the street within walking distance. Had a nice breakfast to get us ready to get on the road the next morning. Everything was clean and I felt safe walking outside to my car alone. I would stay again if I am every back up there.

Check in was great. Only hiccup was that the 'system' booked two sets of guests to same room I had already checked in and was there. Told both sets the room was already occupied. Glitch in room assignments needs to be addressed.

Arrived to a room that stunk of mildew that had a fabric softener sheet in the vent of the air conditioner to make it smell better. We requested a room change and they obliged. We dropped our luggage in the new room, which was much better and headed off to a dinner reservation. Upon return to the hotel, we went to get in our new room and our key wouldn’t work and people were in our room. We went to the desk and the receptionist informed us that when she changed our room, she forgot to enter it in the system after she activated our keys. It took her 10 minutes to find our luggage which she finally found in the storage room. They did upgrade us to a suite room because of our troubles, but honestly, we would’ve preferred just to go to a different hotel at that point because this one was so dirty.

There is little to no area to no space to hang out with others you may e traveling with. Yhe bathroom is small and shower barely worked. Needs some updating and maintenance with. Rooms

I tried canceling and requesting a refund due to change in plans (I accidentally booked a non-refundable room). We did go up there for the night but those plans shortly changed. A suitcase was left in our room which I thought was strange because housekeeping should’ve caught that. (We didn’t arrive in our room until 8:45-9ish that night.) I didn’t feel like messing with the suitcase and was going to take to the front the next morning. I heard tapping on the door but wasn’t going to answer because we didn’t know who would be at the door.. after a few times tapping the door with a room key the staff member opened our door. Luckily I had the latch on the door or else the door would’ve been wide open. The staff member asked if there was a suitcase left behind in the room…. I said yes. I went to get the suitcase and asked if the room had been cleaned because housekeeping should’ve caught that. She said there was a mixup with the room assignment. After that we got our things and checked out. I didn’t feel safe what so ever, the blanket had a hole in, there were cracks in the ceiling and a big crack in the sink. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We have found that the Quality Inns we have stayed in are always in good condition, with very comfortable beds, and have very good breakfast choices.

The staff and service were very friendly, helpful with restaurant recommendations, and efficient with check in and out. The breakfast was good. The bathroom sink was cracked but functional. There was an electric outlet in bedroom that did not have a face plate and was loose and was an electrocution risk.

It was very convenient for the eclipse. It’s open air to the rooms and stairs to the 2nd floor, which was fine for us, but limits handicap access. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Checkin was good and the young lady was kind. However the card did not work on 2nd day so went down to the front office. The lady with colored hair was on the phone speaker and renewed my card without looking at me or checking anything. Very dirty room and especially bathroom. This is the first property where the coffee machine and others is in the bathroom. Horrible shower. There is no lift inspection certificate displayed.

The cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job. The breakfast was good, we stayed for a few days in a row and it would be nice if the hot breakfast was changed up from day to day. Other than that, nice place to stay.

We had problems with the tv and the front desk person came to the room to help us. They were painting the entryway to the hotel but the workers stopped to help us enter the hotel.

Bad Air Quality
The guy two doors down was smoking weed and it crept through into our room. Very unhealthy. Also, the bathtub didn't have a plug in it so I couldn't take a bath without stuffing the drain with plastic and a washrag. Otherwise, it was quiet, which is good. Didn't like leaving our truck out in the parking lot where we couldn't see it during the night.

Traveled in cold weather . Room was warm. Hot water for showers. Clean room. Friendly service. Couldn't stay for breakfast so can't rate that. However, they did have cookies in lobby .
