Sin dall'arrivo si nota l'assenza di assistenza, nessuno che gestisca le valigie (le devi portare al piano della stanza salendo le scale, due bagagli da 20+20 kg. non ù piacevole). In camera per il bollitore, in una settimana non ù stato mai sotituito un cucchiaino (fornito in plastica) per usare zucchero o simili.
