“Had a nice stay 4 nights on a business trip. Large suite, very clean, comfy bed, with iron, hair dryer, minibar, refrigerator. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was nice with a large variety of hot food, as well as exotic fruits. No glutenfree bread options available but no problems. Stairs from the hotel to the Chipichape mall with a lot of boutiques and food courts as well as a supermarket exito for those who like to buy food, and spices etc when abroad/on travel. Enjoyed my stay.”

“The worst intercontinental I experienced. When I arrived the balcony door was not possible to open at two lights were broken in a very dark superior room. There are so many business activities with a lot of people during the daytime as the wifi coverage comes and goes. The level at the wifi are almost like Cuba. After some days I have a network cable for my computer and then computer waw good but whatsapp calls from phone is not possible at all! Is also greed to take 21 000 colombian peso (like...

“A very nice hotel in a colonial style. Friendly staf (especially doorman, waiters and room maids) but thet don't speak English so a little Spanish is necessary. BUT watch for problems when using MasterCard, it will not be accepted.”
