. Good sized apartment with good selection of amenities and kitchen equipment. Easy access to Carvoeiro town centre- Really noisy location above cafe which is a very lively place in the mornings.Apartment generally in need of redecoration.Dangerous water leakage into the apartment bathroom and hall areas from apartment/s above including around electrical heater and causing slip hazard on floors. We complained to Hostwise on 7th June and were told that our request for a refund of some of the cost of the booking had been "internally escalated to their supervision team for a proper review and follow up". Still to hear anything from them as of today 10th June. Further request sent for confirmation but no reply .All in all not very enjoyable.Unable to securely lock balcony doorsReally poor communication with letting agents. They have said our complaint has been forwarded to highr level of the companyWe contacted the letting agents about the leak problems and they did send someone to look at the issues. They said they plan to remedy after we had left.
