“We booked a different hotel and days before our trip we received a call that the hotel was overbooked. Was pretty upset because the hotel had already charged us for the reservation, but with Expedia they helped us with finding another hotel also in the same area(downtown area). The fiesta americana was a bet more pricey than the one we reserved in the first place but because of the inconvenience they respected the prices we had already paid. This hotel is a bit older but is still in very good...
