Decorated in a modern style, the living room is comfortable and practical. Smart TV and free Wifi. The kitchen is well designed, with combination fridge, electric oven and vitroceramic hob, microwave and various other small appliances. Dining area with opening connecting to the kitchen or alternatively dine on the spacious outside terrace overlooking the private garden and pool, for exclusive use of our guests. In addition to the dining table and chairs you will also find sun loungers so you can sunbathe by the pool.



Bedroom suite with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, full bathroom with shower, and windows overlooking the garden.

Bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobes and door with direct access to a small balcony.

The second bathroom is in the hallway, complete with shower.



The flat has air conditioning in all rooms and is well lit. In addition to the private garden and pool, our guests have access to the communal outdoor pool and SPA of the Mar da Luz condominium, but must respect the respective schedules and rules of access and operation.

All linen is included, except pool towels, which can be rented with us.
