“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check in was smooth and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was big and shower was excellent. Room service was always prompt and I am very happy with the choice of breakfast. I ordered dinner once and was not disappointed. I was able to see Tee offs from hole 6 of the Ikeja Golf course from my room balcony. “Great hotel with amazing service and facilities. If somebody really forced me to complain about something at the hotel, it would be the AC in the restaurants, too coooold ( I normally don't like AC). Overall an expensive but excellent hotel!”
