Salt + Stillness Coastal Retreat—Walk to Beach

Sleeps up to 4 guests max (2 adults + 2 children). All of the perks of coastal living can be enjoyed with a stay at this breezy beach retreat just across from Crescent Bay Beach. Enjoy shoreline strolls, ocean air, and scenic hikes through Crystal Cove State Park. Designed as a calming coastal escape, the home features an ocean-view meditation nook, cozy projector loft for movie nights, and a dedicated workspace with a standing desk and second monitor.

The apartment’s airy high ceilings, natural light, and charming French doors create a bright and peaceful coastal atmosphere throughout the space. In addition to the main living area, the home features two cozy loft-style nooks designed for slowing down and unwinding in different ways. One serves as a calming reading and meditation nook with ocean views and space for floor yoga, journaling, or quiet mornings with coffee and a book. The second is a darkened media loft complete with a projector screen and multiple connection options (HDMI, VGA, and more) — perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (2 adults and 2 children).

Guests will have access to the entire apartment via self check-in, along with one designated parking space in the shared carport. Guests may enter and exit the property through both the front and back gates for convenient beach access.

The shared courtyard is also available for guest use between 8 AM and 10 PM. Please note that any paddleboards, surfboards, or recreational equipment located in shared areas belong to building residents and are not available for guest use.

Ideal for a small family getaway, the space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests total (maximum 2 adults and 2 children). Please note, our wall HVACs are only in the lofts and not in the bedroom or living room.
