"Fantastic, A must visit hotel. It's really something out of the ordinary. Staff is amazingly helpful, happy and seems like they really enjoy their work. Almost everyone speaks very good English. If I owned a hotel I would hire everyone of them at once. Be prepared to surprised how really good this hotel is."

"The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. We booked the jacuzzi, but it was cold upon arrival and only started warming up after 40 minutes—by then, our time was up as the next guests arrived. Breakfast was decent, with clean and simple options, but the coffee was awful. Staff were friendly, but service at the bar was slow, with long waits for drinks and the bill. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for one of the area’s most expensive hotels."
