Located in The Hideout, a gated, four-season community in the Pocono Mountains, our home offers a relaxing setting for families and registered groups to enjoy lake views, outdoor living, games, and seasonal adventures.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10 beds, and accommodations for up to 13 registered guests, Lake Vibez offers room to spread out while spending quality time together.

Whether you are planning a summer lake getaway, a fall escape, or a winter trip to the Poconos, Lake Vibez provides a comfortable home base for making memories.

A Comfortable Home for Your Poconos Getaway

The home features a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, cooking, and baking during your stay. Gather around the table for meals, enjoy time together indoors, or head outside to take in the lake views.

With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two game-room areas, there is space to spend time together and find room to relax.

Air conditioning is available in every bedroom, along with a split-unit air conditioner in the living room for added comfort during warmer weather.

Three Deck Levels and Outdoor Living

One of the special features of Lake Vibez is its three outdoor deck levels, each offering a different way to enjoy the outdoors.

Upper deck — BBQ and outdoor dining

Enjoy the BBQ area and outdoor dining tables. It is a convenient place to prepare and share meals while spending time outside.

Middle deck — Relax and unwind

Take a seat in the outdoor seating area and enjoy the propane fireplace. This deck provides another place to relax and appreciate the lakefront surroundings.

Lower lakefront area — Cabana, picnic area, and fireplace

Head down toward the lake to enjoy the cabana and picnic area. A separate wood-burning fireplace near the lake provides another outdoor gathering spot.

Please note that firewood is not provided. Firewood can be purchased at stores outside The Hideout.

Guests may occasionally spot eagles and other wildlife around the lake, although wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Lake Recreation and Water Equipment

Make the most of the lakefront setting with the available guest-use water equipment, which includes kayaks, a paddleboard, a paddle boat, and floating toys.

Please follow all posted safety rules and community regulations. Some life jackets are provided, but guests should bring their own properly fitted life jackets when needed.

For everyone’s safety:

* Use water equipment responsibly and supervise children at all times.
* Water activities are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.
* Remove equipment from the water after use and return it to its designated storage location.
* Follow any seasonal restrictions on lake use.

Important: The owner’s pontoon boat and Jet Ski are for the owner’s use only and are not available to guests. Guests may not bring their own boats. Personal kayaks must comply with The Hideout’s registration requirements and any applicable fees.

The Hideout is a gated, four-season community in the Poconos with amenities and activities that may include a pool, beach, lake recreation, sports facilities, golf course l, and seasonal winter activities like skiing and snow tubing.

Community amenities are operated and managed by The Hideout, not by the homeowner. Opening dates, operating hours, availability, fees, and closures are determined by the community and may change. Amenities may close because of weather, maintenance, seasonal schedules, or other community decisions.

Please check directly with The Hideout for current amenity availability and applicable fees before your stay. Community amenity closures or changes are outside the homeowner’s control, and refunds or discounts are not provided for community closures, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Poconos Ski Vacations and Winter Getaways

The Poconos offer seasonal winter activities, including skiing and snow tubing. The Hideout has its own community ski hill and snow tubing area, with opening and operation dependent on weather and community schedules.

Other regional ski destinations include Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Shawnee, Ski Big Bear, and Montage Mountain. Travel distances and seasonal operating schedules vary, so check directly with each resort before visiting.

Winter lake restrictions: The Hideout lowers the lake level during winter to help protect docks. Swimming, fishing, and boating are prohibited during the applicable winter restriction period. Follow current community notices and posted rules.

The Hideout Community Rules

The Hideout has community rules that guests must follow throughout their stay. Please review and comply with all current community regulations.

* Vehicle limit: No more than six vehicles are permitted at the property. Street parking is not allowed.
* Speed limit: The community speed limit is 25 MPH. It is strictly enforced, and fines or citations resulting from a renter’s actions are the renter’s responsibility.
* Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Keep noise at a respectful level, including on decks and in outdoor areas. Violations may result in fines or removal from the community.
* Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.
* Registered guests only: Only registered guests are permitted, with a maximum occupancy of 13. Parties and events are not permitted.
* Community amenities: Follow all rules, schedules, fees, and restrictions established by The Hideout.
* Water safety: There is no lifeguard. Supervise children at all times and follow current lake and water-safety regulations.
* Fishing: Anglers age 16 and older must have a valid Pennsylvania fishing license. Follow current community fishing rules, including applicable catch-and-release requirements.
* Seasonal lake restrictions: Follow all community restrictions on swimming, fishing, and boating, including winter restrictions.

Failure to follow community rules may result in fines or other consequences imposed by The Hideout.

Additional House Information

Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area. They are prohibited inside the home, on the decks, and in all other areas of the property.

Septic system: The home uses a septic system. Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or other items.

Propane: If the propane runs out during your stay, you may purchase a refill, keep the receipt, and contact the host through the booking platform to request reimbursement.

Community badges: If a community badge is lost or requires replacement, a replacement charge of $25 may apply where applicable, based on the actual replacement cost.

Water equipment: Return equipment to where you found it, remove it from the water after use, and follow any posted instructions.

Checkout and Cleaning Responsibilities

Before leaving Lake Vibez Poconos, please complete the following checkout tasks:

* Garbage and recycling: Separate garbage and recycling and place them in the designated bins.
* Towels: Gather used towels in one place before departure.
* Lights and appliances: Turn off lights and appliances as appropriate.
* Personal belongings: Check the home carefully to make sure you have all your belongings.
* Security: Lock the home using the Yale smart lock.
* Damage or maintenance: Report any damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns through the booking platform.

Please leave the home reasonably tidy and return furniture and equipment to their original locations.
