The Hideout offers access to 5 serene lakes, 2 beautiful beaches, a marina with kayak and canoe rentals, a private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and a kiddie pool, as well as outdoor basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. With playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, and hiking trails, there's something for everyone. The recreation center boasts indoor courts, a game room, and a gym, while the art center and mini-golf provide additional leisure activities. To top it off, enjoy delectable dining at the Club House restaurant and unwind at the Tiki Bar.

This newly renovated modern bi-level home is perfect for family living and entertaining. It features 4 spacious bedrooms—2 on each level—offering plenty of privacy. The large family/game room on the lower level is a fantastic space for gatherings and relaxation, while the two full bathrooms on each floor ensure convenience for everyone. With its contemporary design and thoughtful layout, this home is ready for you to make lasting memories!

The main level boasts a spacious, open floor plan that’s perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the modern kitchen equipped with new appliances and a cozy coffee bar, ideal for morning brews. The large dining area flows into a small family room that opens up to a spacious deck, perfect for outdoor gatherings. For those cool evenings, the home features two wood-burning stoves, adding warmth and charm. Plus, a fire pit in the backyard enhances the vacation experience, making it easy to unwind under the stars. This home truly offers a blend of comfort and style!

Pool/Beach passes are included. Please Note: Maximum occupancy is set by township law and is strictly adhered to. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

Home is brand new, even you could see bluetooth speaker in restroom. But they dont have enough champagne glassess or other drink glasses. After 1 day ,grill gas out of run, we couldnt cook our meat.

Messy in more ways than one

The neighborhood and community amenities are beautiful and there is plenty to do! Unfortunately, the house was pretty unclean when we arrived. Water bottles and trash under beds, filled water guns in a dresser that leaked, the previous renters itinerary left out with personal info on it, dust and cobwebs in several areas. The house states it has air conditioning- it only has air in 2 bedroom window units. Downstairs and living areas get VERY hot in August, especially when cooking. Bring towels- they left only one per person for 6 day stay and no wash cloths or hand towels were provided. We also had to go out and get more toilet paper. Also advise paper plates- there are enough plates and bowls for one meal at a time if you have 8-9 people like we did. The check-in process was a NIGHTMARE. We were sent e-mail with check in info, door code, etc but somehow never got a second e-mail with a contract attached. We show up and are denied access because there is no check-in packet at security. Somehow our other guest was able to drive right into the gate and access the house. Once finally reached, Property Manager said she had been trying to get in contact with us re: missing contract. She says she has a log of call attempts- we have zero missed calls. Finally after 2 hours of sorting, filling out contract, we were let in. PM acted like she was a savior for waiving $100 late processing fee DESPITE us never having gotten email on it and ZERO CALLS. Big disappointment.
