Entry Level

Prepare to be WOW'ed! The entry level hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless appliances, and island. Tastefully furnished great room and dining area overlooking the entire valley. The first of 2 master suites with attached bathrooms resides on this level. An additional full bath, fireplace, furnished deck, and single car garage complete level.



Lower Level 1

Hosts the game room, 2 standard bedrooms joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom, and the first of 2 laundry rooms. All 6 Bedrooms feature designer furnishings, pillow top kings, luxury bedding, and ample closet space. The laundry rooms, high efficiency washer & dryer, related supplies and iron with board. The level is finished off with the second furnished deck.



Lower Level 2

The final level of Primrose houses the second master suite, 2 standard bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom, and the second laundry room.

Blue Jay Village

Downtown Blue Jay is a short 4-mile drive and home to Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and numerous retail shops & restaurants.



Lake Arrowhead Access

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.



Public Lakes and Trails

There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.



Dog Friendly

We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate pet rent $150. (2) dog limit no exceptions. No other types of pets accepted.



Guest Access:

Detached single family residence. Full access to entire property.

Primrose Lodge is located directly off of Hwy 173 in town center. Beautiful 7 minute walk to Village shops and restaurants.
