“The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. “Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee. Second, we invited our daughter to join us for a swim at the super nice pool. The hotel allowed her to enter; however, we paid 500 pesos for her to visit from 0800-1700 to swim.
