How clean the condo was when we arrived, and has all the essential needs. We also enjoyed the location, we enjoyed being so close to restaurants and shopping, also having a Dairy Queen right next door was a nice surprise.

Condo was clean. Parking was convenient. I had an issue with garage number 9 for 105 and code not the same as building and unit. but later found in under detail on the garage. There was a gas smell by the stove as previously noted by others. The towels were thick bath sheets and shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The bed is very squeeky like it may need a new frame. It was comfortable and the linens were nice. The furnace did have a rattle like the duct work needed to be cleaned. The views were spectacular. Overall great stay.

We loved the view and location. It was close to everything. The only problem we had was getting into the parking garage from the condo itself. Something with the key pad. It worked to go in that way, but not to get out, so we used the regular entrance/exit.

Beautiful view of Lake Pepin. This condo is ADA and is newer construction. Communication with AJ was good. Note that if you arrive prior to 3pm check in (we arrived at 2:45lm) and want to enter, you will be charged one hour for early check in upon your consent.

Nice property

Overall the stay was fine. First day, there was a natural gas smell when entering the condo. One of the stove knobs was loose which caused the issue. I’d also recommend changing out the mattress protector. It was very noisy and would wake me up when you try to adjust while sleeping. Location and overall building amenities were great.
