“The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

“The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. “There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places.
No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen.
These are small but matters.
