great location- lovely place
my mom and I stayed with my 1.5 year old daughter for a night in LG and it was perfect! Didnt have to use the car once, easy to park and check in. clean and very cute! thanks for having us!

Perfect Bungalow for a short getaway
The property is perfect! It's quirky and it's in the perfect location. It accommodated my party really well and they had a lot of extra items just in case we needed anything else. I am very pleased with my stay and look forward to going back sometime soon!

Great Location
Great location for checking out Lake Geneva's many nice shops, etc. Very eclectic decor. Nice living room area for a group to chat. Suggestion to owners-it would be great if the upstairs bedroom that is roadside would have window treatments on windows, street lights and sunrise make it harder to sleep. Also, one of our guests twisted her ankle at the bottom outside step where the cracked cement is. The rug covers the crack, which made it harder to see it was an unlevel surface.

Excellent location and a comfy warm feel
We had the opportunity to stay at 721 Geneva st. The home was fabulous. We had an excellent time and felt at home right away. The location is excellent and so close to everything you could possibly need. There was more than enough room for our family. You will not go wrong staying here and you will definitely feel very comfortable upon entering this home. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Bachelorette weekend!
The place was super clean and beautiful. It was right in downtown and you can walk everywhere. Perfect spot for a getaway weekend without having to drive anywhere. Property manager was super kind and made the entire trip very enjoyable. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Awesome overall property
The property manager Samantha is outstanding. The check in process was simple with a lot of information. She gave us recommendations for local places which were spot on. She was accessible 24 seven within minutes! The property is cozy, and easily accommodated 6 adults. Location location location, can’t be beat. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Given our current state in 2020 and the fact that I hate doing dishes when on vacation I would’ve loved to have had a dishwasher available. Will definitely return to the area using the same property managers and check out another property!!

Lake Geneva 2020
Met Samantha and her brother Marshall when we checked in at 3 pm, they gave us a personal tour of property as well as local recommendations for dining, beach and shopping , which we took advantage of. House is centrally located, walkable to all stores, restaurants, Riveria Beach so we were able to just leave car at the house, which was nice! House is decorated with so many antiques/ unique itmes and very comfy and roomy- will definitely be back!

Birthday Get Away
Celebrated my birthday on this property with some friends, the location (which is maybe a 5 minute walk from the center of town) was amazing. Check-in/Out was very simple. The house itself was very clean. Very beautiful property! Will stay here again next time I visit Geneva!

I've been in the hotel business for 30 years, having managed high-end properties such as Ritz-Carlton. The level of care that you receive from Samantha is clearly five-star, five-diamond. In addition the location can't be beat.

Short vacation with our son and daughter-in-law
My wife, son and daughter-in-law and I were looking for a nice place to stay for a short vacation in beautiful Lake Geneva. Samantha and her property could not have been nicer/better. Samantha is a wonderful hostess who attended to our every need and answered all of our questions - she couldn't have been nicer! The house is in perfect condition and is wonderfully decorated, and supplied. The beds and sheets are exceptionally comfortable. The interior decorations are fabulous and just examining all of the pieces was a fun experience in itself. The house is perfectly located within a few blocks from the downtown and beach areas of Lake Geneva. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Samantha and the property highly enough!

AWESOME!
Home was very comfy and cozy. Comfortable beds. Everything you would need. We didn't want for anything! Huge rooms! Management staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, right there if you have any questions. We felt like we've known them forever. Love the 100 yr old house charm. 1/2 block from the main drag. We were iced/snowed in our 2nd day, so it was a great pj day. Thank you Patty, Marshall and Congo Samantha (we missed meeting you). Hope your trip was everything you dreamed it would be! Next time we rent, we hope to meet you!

Location, Location
Charming home allowed for nostalgia as we looked at some items “like Grandma used to have”. Great location for walking to town, the lake and restaurants. We had great space and Samantha was a great host and very responsive even to running to the curb to bring us the clothes we left in the closet!

Great Location! Great Owner. Old home with lots of history.
The location was great. Samantha was wonderful. She allowed us to check in about an hour early and was very responsive. We did not run into any issues. She even provided us with beach passes, a wagon for the beach, and lots of beach/water toys. The house was old but it was nice. Lots of stairs so if you have young kids or older guests keep that in mind. The house could use a deep clean. We found a lot of areas not super clean but overall the house was great for our family of 7. The location is unbeatable and we would definitely stay here again!

Short vacation
My wife, daughter, and 2 grandkids thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Location is perfect for access to beach, restaurants, ice cream, playground, and shopping. 3 year old grandaughter called it the Mermaid House and couldn't wait to get back there after swinging at the playground.

We had nothing but a positive experience here. From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed every minute at this place. Great Bungalow steps from Downtown Lake Geneva
We booked this bungalow for a bachelorette party weekend in Lake Geneva and it worked perfectly! House was beautiful and clean and the location couldn't have been any better. We were only a couple minutes walk from everything downtown Lake Geneva. The hosts were super nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if in the Lake Geneva area and would recommend to everyone!

Delightful owners, comfy beds and perfect location!
Getting with the siblings is often hard with everyone's busy schedules. Add the fact that we now live in different states makes it a little tougher. Lake Geneva became our perfect spot. With the Marathon in Chicago we got our farthest sibling in to town and started searching for the perfect place to relax and see the sights. Geneva Street Bungalow had it all! Samantha and her mom were welcoming and full of Information. The Bungalow had plenty of room, bedrooms were great, kitchen supplied, and the patio was well used! Our apologizes to the neighbors on our first night. We might have been a little louder that usual due to being together again. The location is in walking distance to everything downtown!!! Our first day as we waited for our check-in we stopped at ThumbsUp (right around the corner) for a little libation and decide where to have lunch. We were then informed "Franks" next door delivers to the bar! Perfect! Most of us ordered Italian Beefs with fries and they were fantastic! Since we all grew up in the Chicagoland Area, we know our beefs. Check them out if you get a chance, fries are amazing too. Weather was beautiful so the next day we did a 1 hour boat tour around the lake which was gorgeous and interesting. Shopping, lunch at Popeye's and Dinner a Mars Resort on Lake Como (Thank you Samantha, the Sunset was fantastic) completed our 2 day get together. Looking forward to next year at our new Perfect Place, Geneva Street Bungalow!

An Eclectic Home
We had a wonderful stay in Lake Geneva. Sam and Patty were very nice and accommodating. They responded to all inquiries lightening fast. The home itself is warm and charming. Every time we walked into a room we noticed something different. There were times I forgot I was in Lake Geneva and imagined being in Salem or by a seashore. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything one would need! The home is walking distance to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Perfect!
We rented this home for a girls getaway. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space and comfortable beds. The home is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is located in the downtown area so you can walk to the lake, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The owner Samantha is so nice and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with her. We are already talking about returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha's bungalow. She and her Mom welcomed us and made us feel at home. There is plenty of room and very comfy spaces, and the location is perfect! A dishwasher would be nice but not criticizing, this home is a great value and we loved it.

Charming Bungalow with perfect location
This was the perfect getaway for Grma, 3 daughters, and 3 Grandchildren which included a 3 month old. The Bungalow is the most quaint home with so much character and charm and more than enough space for all of us. We all just fell in love with the character of the home and the fun and eclectic decorating. Every detail has been taken care of by the owners. Samantha and her mom are so sweet and hospitable, their personalities shine throughout the home. The location is perfect; we shopped and went to the beach and restaurants everyday and did not have to use our car once. Its like a step back in time, so refreshing to enjoy time with each other in a beautiful lake town. This is a do- over trip and we will definitely be booking this charming bungalow again!!!

An amazing charming house in a great location
Prefect location, and lots of space! Our group of 10 had plenty of room and the kitchen was full of cups, plates, and odd thing you that you might possibly need! Samantha and her mom were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this house.

Spacious home filled with character
Samantha was incredibly wonderful to interact with. Her email responses were quick and informative as we did have a few questions prior to arrival. I appreciated how Samantha and her mother greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. Showing us around was necessary as this home has so many little lamps, rooms, etc. At first I didn't know think much of all the little signs and notes they had affixed to the walls. Then I quickly realized how helpful they were. Its hard to describe it until you see it in person. It was a nice touch, thank you. (Squeeges are indeed fun) The home was even larger than I had anticipated which easily accommodated my group of 4. The property could easily handle up to 3 small families. The home had two living spaces to gather and each bedroom was spacious. The 2.5 bathrooms was great especially considering we had 4 guys staying at the place. After each day of golf, it was comforting to head back home and relax. Samantha made sure their gas grill has an additional tank of gas because she knew we had plan one meal to grill out. The kitchen seemed to have enough plates, pots, cups to serve multiple families. Her property provided multiple parking spots which helped us. Two of us flew into Chicago and drove up while the other two drove in from Milwaukee. The location of the home was also a positive. It was a block from all the shops, restaurants, and movie theater. We included in our weekend itinerary to go watch the Deadpool 2 movie as it just released the weekend we were in town. Walking a block over to the theater was incredibly convenient. We also walked to down the street the next morning for breakfast at the Simple Cafe. Overall, when the location of our annual golf trip makes its way back to Lake Geneva, I hope Samantha's property is available because everyone in my group only had positive things to say about their stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Amazing location with everything we needed
