Great location, we upgraded to a higher level lakeview room and the view was great. Somewhat basic room that has been updated a bit, but clean, quiet, and a fair price in an excellent location

I called property before reservation to see if a balcony was available and front desk of property said it would be available for me and my family. Once I got there to check in, the front desk personnel said I was given misinformation…..,,I specifically reserved with Expedia because I thought the property was going to accommodate my request.

The view was very nice. The choice of pillows were either lumpy or rock hard. The resort fee was not disclosed until paying. The hot tub jets were so powerful and not enjoyable. Coffer cups were not sanitary.

What a lovely hotel stay. Our room spacious and cozy, the electric fireplace threw out a lot of heat and our view of the lake was amazing. Such a wonderful place to stay. The pool and hot tub/sauna was an added plus! I highly recommend.

Most of our repeat guests have commented on the many improvements, but if you have not stayed with us before, you wouldn't know these things.
