Relax with nature just minutes from Lake Geneva

Experience all the fun of Lake Geneva from a place where you can relax with nature without the crowds. Located in the peaceful Como neighborhood with five neighborhood bars/restaurants, you'll be just a few blocks from Lake Como with two provided kayaks and a secluded outdoor fire pit with landscape lighting. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from a comfy back deck overlooking a serene forest preserve with abundant wildlife. Inside on the main floor you'll find a gas fireplace in the cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and two leather chairs, and an open floor plan that flows into the modern and bright kitchen, with a dining table that seats six and breakfast bar that seats three. For meals, you'll enjoy a 5-range gas stove and an Emeril Lagasse power Airfryer 360XL Deluxe, as well as crock pot and toaster. Upstairs is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination and three bedrooms: 1) adjustable head/foot king bed, 2) queen bed en-suite with walk-in shower and smart tv, 3) twin bed and full bed that doubles as an office. All bedrooms have smart tvs, dressers and closets, as well as lamps with USB ports and power outlets. The lower level is a home gym/entertainment area with gas fireplace, poker table, Tornado foosball table, two smart tvs, full set of dumbbells, Peloton, and full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The home was built in 2020 with stainless steel appliances and almost industrial-sized washer and dryer. The attached, heated two car garage has a smart tv and two kayaks, with room on the driveway for a third vehicle or a boat. A plethora of activities can be found within 20 minutes of the home - boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, golfing, ziplining, live shows - everything Lake Geneva and south central Wisconsin have to offer!

We stayed in this home for 6 days in July 2025. The location of the property was exactly what we wanted - about a 15 minute drive to downtown Geneva and downtown Delavan. The home was so clean and well maintained. The hosts communicated great! We spent most of our time on the awesome balcony. We loved how it was covered so even if it was very sunny or raining we could enjoy the outdoors. We saw deer in the back woods everyday. The beds were comfortable and plenty of surface space to spread out and play games. The home gym was a bonus! We would definitely return and would recommend staying here.

Friends Getaway

Perfect home and setting for our annual, now 40 year 3 girlfriends getaway. Communication was excellent- beautiful, newer home was spotless and they had any and all the amenities we needed. Very convenient location- took in mail jumpers boat tour and magic show. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings out on the covered deck so the night rain never dampened out spirits...Would highly recommend this home! Thank you Doug and Amanda!

Great family-sized retreat

Roomy, plenty of comfortable beds and coincĂ©s and more TVs than you can shake a remote at. But why are you watching TV when there’s a nature trail outta the back yard and a lake an easy walk down the street. Also a great view of lightning bugs to add some sparkle to your stay. Very attentive and responsive hosts too. Five stars!

This house is wonderful. There were 6 of us there for a wedding in the area. It slept and had plenty of space for all of us. Doug and Amanda are great hosts. They got back to us within a couple of minutes for any question we had before or during our stay. When we pulled up there was a deer walking through a wooded area to the left of the house. The backyard is so peaceful and serene, not to mention it has fabulous birding! And a handful of deer were also seen frolicking through the trees. We spent hours sitting on the 2nd floor deck, even when it was raining. The house has anything and everything it that you could possibly need. We'll have to come back to spend time reading some of the interesting outdoor books they had available.

A Relaxing Home away from Home

Want to have a great place to stay with family or friends??? Well, look no further. This home has three stories, a deck, a fire pit, game room, three bedrooms and some really great spaces to hang out! It is well stocked, very comfortable and classy, and everything you will need for you and your guests to have great time inside or out.

This property way exceeded our expectations! Adorable home with tons of amenities and extremely clean. The back yard with fire pit and covered deck was an added touch. The lighting in the woods was the cherry on top. Tons of sleeping space with super cozy & clean beds. Loved all the bathrooms that were spotless. We enjoyed the area & felt extremely safe. Doug was a wonderful host with great communication before & after our stay. Our group of 6 ladies came for a concert at Alpine Valley. We all would return in a snap!

Wonderful stay

This is a very comfortable home with nice furnishings, decks on two levels in the rear of the house, and a fire pit in the back yard. The check-in process is seamless, and the owners provided a bottle of wine!

Friend reunion
