“We had a comfortable stay at this basic and affordable Lake George motel. It was easy to walk to the lake from the property (at first we weren’t sure if it’d be safe but walking along the narrow part was very minimal). The owners were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Great communication for self check in, good free parking, the room was immaculate, bed comfortable, furniture seemed new and I love the touch lamps with USB plugs!
AC worked great and bathroom big and very clean.
My only suggestion/concern was that there is no way to bolt door from inside the room - so anyone with the code could access the room at anytime.”
“We haven’t stayed at the Georgian in quite a few years and were told that it was under new ownership. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised at the changes that were made. Every room was brand new and extremely clean. The grounds were beautiful with an all new patio area with outdoor couches and multiple fire pits. The view at this hotel is incredible and we loved our stay. ”

“We love Amber Lantern! Tom is an amazing host and kind and available. The property is clean and neat and offers anything you can need: for grilling, firepit, swimming at the pool, ping pong, volleyball, you name it. We also can walk to the stables next door to take a trail ride. We always want to book the following year before we even leave. We stayed 7 nights. See you next summer Tom!”
“Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. ”
“What a nice 2 day stay with our dog Shelby! The hotel is nicely updated.Our king efficiency was very nice, roomy, and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!. All the staff were very pleasant that we interacted with. The pool and hot tub were nice for a quick dip, lots of kids but its Lake George in the summer! I didnt ever see towels at the pool so bring your own.

“This was a nice family hotel. The rooms are nice an big and confortable. The kids loved the swimming pool and fitness center.
Continental breakfast was a little on the cheap side and the breakfast area is a little too small when the hotel is full, but it was ok in general.
The hotel is a little far from the city center, so you have to drive to the center. There are still some activities en restaurants around the hotel, but is a little far from main street.”
