The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a 44” smart TV, as well as a private, en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the first floor: one featuring a queen-sized bed, and one with a double bed. Both evoke the rustic-yet-modern vibe that makes this home so welcoming and cozy. Finally, the fourth bedroom upstairs features a bunk bed (two double mattresses) and a separate twin-sized bed. This little hideaway is a favorite for kids!

The home is on a wooded corner lot, and offers a U-shaped driveway with parking for 6 vehicles.

↟ RENTAL AGREEMENT ↟
Please ensure you read all of the rules below. By confirming your booking of this property, you agree to comply with all Rental Rules and associated fees for violations.

A few especially important ones:
- No smoking or vaping on the property. Violations will result in a $1,000 fee.
- You must abide by the quiet hours (10pm-8am) and be conscious of excessive noise. Noise complaints to the community will result in a violation on our (the host's) record and the immediate termination of your stay.
- If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation (or exceeding the 11 max amount), you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $50 per human per night.
- No parties or unauthorized guests at the house at anytime.
- All guests must be 25, except children accompanied by their parents.
- If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, please say something.

EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Cabin Rental Agreement:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. Violations will result in a $1,000 fee.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the VRBO booking request are not permitted on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online itinerary.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.
4. This cabin is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including but not limited to any sort of swimming, water facility, playground or hot tub is the sole risk or the renter, guest, and their guests.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Check-in/Check out times. Please follow the check-in and check out times as indicated in the listing.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Garbage: Please take ALL garbage and recycling in closed bags to the shed, and put into garbage cans. Please do not leave any loose trash outside or inside of the property, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
11. Hot Tub: [*No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision*]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Secure wind strap on hot tub cover during your stay and upon leaving.
12. Gas fireplace: Please ensure you are fully aware of how to properly use the gas fireplace prior to usage. You will be charged for any damage caused by the fireplace. Injuries caused by improper usage of the fireplace are not the responsibility of the homeowner.
13. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or paper towels have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
14. Kitchen Sink: Absolutely No Grease in the kitchen sink
15. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, fire place, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home, so please treat it as if it were your own.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through VRBO or any other means assigns your consent to everything listed within this document.
