Great place!

If I could rate it 1000 stars I would! Everything was exactly like the pictures. Property was clean, enough space for my large group. Host was quick to communicate with any questions I had. Everything you needed was provided! Linens, toiletries, etc. check in process was easy, they even reached out to let me know the batteries to the door lock were dying so we wouldn’t get locked out! I highly recommend staying here especially for a family trip. Would love to stay here again! Thanks Kim and Neil for allowing us to stay and enjoy our Memorial Day weekend!

Pocono Vacation

Relaxing

We loved it! Very relaxing and beautiful we had quite a few visitors while we were there deer , turkeys, and about a 400 lb black bear just waking down the street. it was a one in a lifetime experience sitting on the beautiful deck at 6 am drinking my coffee before anyone was up and looked up and there she was just walking down the street went into the house and woke everyone up wish I could post the video I took it was amazing thank you for sharing your home Neil and Kim it’s a beautiful place .

Fun time

Great place to stay for sure! Only issues we had was the one bedroom had a stain on the sheet and tvs did not work for basic channels more than likely because of the area of place. But other than that it was a great stay!

Need a larger dining table

The property is nice and we book every year due to the location to the Split Rock resort The property sleeps up to 10 people and the dining table seats 5. We have to bring our own table every year. The group comments on this every year and suggests we look for another location.

Cozy and welcoming house

We enjoyed our stay very much here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is so nicely decorated! The owners were very responsive with recommendations of things to do around the area. The kids had a few games to play at the property. We really enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen was well-stocked. We liked the location of this house to ski destinations. It is located in between the two mountains. We were able to ski at Jack Frost all day and then drive to Big Boulder for night skiing. It was awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful August weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the last weekend in August before school starting! We enjoyed being able to spread out throughout the house as we were staying with friends and 5 kids between the 2 families. The kids had a blast at the fire pit and loved the animals that happened to wander by now and then. We appreciate the hospitality and quick responses to any questions!!

Perfect getaway spot

We really enjoyed our weekend at this cottage. The house was clean and decorated beautifully as well as the kitchen supplied with all the necessary cooking tools. The wooded community and lake provided a perfect place for relaxation/recreation and long walks.

Was in town working at the race track. Great location.

The property was well equipped. Two beautiful fireplaces. It was very clean. We had a family of deer right off the patio every day. The owners were very attentive if you needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back next year.
