Du kan parkera din båt framför kanalen och springa upp till din lägenhet vid behov. Stadskod tillåter dock inte förtöjning över natten på kanalen. Inga bekymmer tho. . .Säkerhetsgrinden, King's View Resort har en gemensam pool med grillplats på kanalen, garage och täckt parkering samt ONSITE båtparkering !! Vi vet alla att den första regeln om fastigheter är vad ???? Det är rätt. . . .plats, plats, plats. Detta boende ligger på gångavstånd till London Bridge och LB Park, Windsor State Beach, Rotary Park (en lokal favorit), Bridgewater Links golfbana, Havasu Landing Casino färjeterminal, museet, ett brett utbud av matalternativ, nattklubbar och på och så vidare.

Great location and the condo was very nice. The only complaint I had was the towels. They were horrible. Very stiff like sandpaper. Otherwise it was awesome.

Christmas Boat Light Parade

It was a great experience. The perfect location for views of the canal and the boat parade. We highly recommend this nice property.

Can’t Beat the View

Kings View is always a great location but this particular unit provides the best view of them all!

Relaxing in the sun

Best view at Kings View and maybe at Lake Havasu. Beautifully decorated, clean place. No instructions on how to operate anything, but owner was quick to help. Has tv, but streaming only. Really loved this location.

Beautiful View

Beautiful views of the channel and lake! Short walk to restaurants and shops along the water. I loved having the private beach right infront of the condos. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Quick response to any questions and gave helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. Would stay there again!

Our first time to Lake Havasu City. Location was a key factor in our choice and this did not disappoint. Communication was quick and more than helpful. Upon check out, we discovered we left an important item. Management and the cleaning staff recovered and quickly returned to us.! KUDOS to them! Kudos to the cleaning staff who there when we arrived (early) and were extremely polite and helpful in pointing out anything we had questions on. Location: great place for morning and evening walks along bank. Balcony was great for soaking up some afternoon son. Short walk to some very nice restaurants! Easy routes when driving from this, our home base! We're pretty intuitive, so any issues that involved electonics (TV, washer and dryer) were easy to handle. BALCONY! Once again, a great place for morning coffee! We stayed through the week, so any noise from speedboats was minimal, and it appeared as if all observed the boating speed limit in the channel, so that was nice. Would we go back! Yes! Nice place for a small family or couple.

Great Location

Can’t beat this location. The property manager was very accommodating to our last minute request and provided ample information to make the check in seamless. The property had everything we needed for our 6-person party. The only (minor) complaints were that the water pressure was not great in the showers and it felt like the AC didn’t reach the second bedroom well as it got pretty warm at night. Overall a great property and we would stay again.

Nice condo at a very good location.

This was a nice condo right on the channel. Everything with the stay went well. The condo is right in the middle of all the shops and entertainment. My only complaint; there we no silverware (i.e. forks/knifes/spoons) to be found, or at least I couldn't find them. Other than that it was greate.

Would highly recommend this rental. Came well stocked with what we needed. Great location. Tanya communicated with me very promptly if I had any questions. Very easy process. Nice comfortable unit.

great place

great condo, only thing was down by the water it was a mess there were shade tents set up, tables and camp chairs along the water you couldn't find a spot even if you wanted to. The signs clearly states that you cant leave items over night but a few groups of people didn't care at all they just left it there come the morning half the stuff had blown into the water. if your planning on hanging out front by the water forget it. i would think they would have someone watching over this but they don't. on one occasion we tried to find a spot along the water with our boat but that wasn't happening there where shade tents , chairs, coolers and other items all over the place. Its a shame because the condo was great and parking was great.

Fun in the sun at Lake Havasu

Easy walking distance to London Bridge, boat rentals, and restaurants. Nice patio to hang out on and enjoy breakfast at sunrise or dinner at sunset. Will definitely come back again! Perfect place to stay on vacation!

Kingsview

Tonya was the best property manager. Super friendly, honest, and a people person. Shed reply by text almost instantly. The unit 501 we stayed in was amazing. Great view of the channel and the bridge and also the sunset. Only downside was no lighting on the balcony when it got dark. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.
