Clean Perfect Location for Havasu get away!
This property is amazing! Will definitely book again. Its walking distance to Castle Rock Bay and a very short drive into Havasu.

Beautiful home off the beaten path
gorgeous house off the beaten path. We walked down to Castle Rock Bay. OHV trails right out the front door. Short 10 minute drive to Havasu State Park and boat launch. This is a great place to stay if you want out of the chaos of main street Havasu. Home was prestine, well stocked and the owner easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house and property!
This house is exactly as advertised. The house is very clean and well maintained. The property is secluded and quiet with a gorgeous mountain view from each window! The owner is friendly and easy to reach. We look forward to coming back next year.

No complaints, would stay here again!
Owner is extremely friendly, easy to reach, house is just built and you get that new home smell walking in. Area is probably not five stars for everyone as it's on the edge of town but we liked being by Walmart and having a view at night plus it is a quiet area, drive to the Lake didn't seem long at all. Bonus that it has full hookups for a trailer so our friends stayed with us no extra charge to use that. The property fit their travel trailer & 2500 truck, a 3500 HD truck with 30 ft boat, 1500 with 21 ft boat and another 1500 truck all without using the street and had room to spare in the front yard as it is all rocks and we were told it was ok to park on though we didn't need it. The house also has a lot of square footage so we had plenty of extra room and no one felt cramped. Everyone was happy and we would highly recommend this house and would stay here again. Great price too!

Great vacation house!
From booking to departure, everything was flawless. The home was well stocked and furnished. The a/c cooled the place nicely. Extremely clean an well maintained. I would recommend to friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
