This was one of the nicest Hosts we have stayed with! We stay at the Kings View Condos every summer, I bet we have stayed in 10-12 different rooms. Taren, by far has been one of my favorite! Answered within a minute of texting no matter the time of day! The place was beautiful, plenty of blankets, towels, a wagon, fully stocked kitchen. It was nicely located from the lake, pool and elevator. Nicely decorated with comfy beds and pillows. The view was amazing and the patio has just enough furniture to make it feel like home. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be staying with them on our next visit!

Our stay was good. Just wish there were condiments in the condo for when we cooked. (Salt & pepper, ketchup etc) Overall it was good and I’d stay there again. Great view for drinking coffee in the morning.

Family Getaway

Everything about our stay was above and beyond! We loved the location, the view, and felt very welcomed from the start. The beds were comfortable, and condo as a whole was perfect. Taren, the host, was always available and quick to reply. After the amazing weekend, the family agreed we have found our forever spot.

Great waterfront condo

Taren was great and this is one of best locations on Havasu. We prefer 200 & 300 units for better views and privacy. Will be back next year

Kings View

We can’t say enough about this location. I’ve been to Havasu 10 plus times and finally decided to check out the condos at Kings view. This was such a perfect location to just sit and relax and enjoy the festivities. The condo has a nice large deck and the condo was very spacious. We had a question and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Great communication, great owners! We absolutely will stay here in the future.

Great stay!

We visit Lake Havasu 1-2 times per year and love to stay at Kingsview Condos. Second time here at Taren's condo. Nicely remodeled! Well stocked. Clean. Great lake view from balcony! Excellent communication with Taren. We enjoyed our stay, again! Thank you! :)
