  • This beautifully renovated 672 sq ft upstairs one bedroom one bath condo features granite kitchen counters and is within walking distance to Rotary Park, the lake, London Bridge, golf course, and fun dining. Our condo sleeps four and offers a bedroom with a king bed and TV. The main living area offers a queen hide-a-bed. Additional features include, free wifi, a small capacity stack washer/dryer unit, and walk in closet. It’s our intention for you to create wonderful memories of Lake Havasu

Cute condo in the perfect location. Quiet community. Close to the lake, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for 2 adults. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience staying at The Cozy Condo— we travelled with our 3 year old & 2 year old and our golden retriever. Felt like we had more than enough room for everyone’s sleep arrangements & general space when we were at the condo. We will definitely stay here again if available. This complex has wide streets & convenient boat/trailer parking available.

This sweet condo was perfect for my husband and I during a recent boating trip. Anne thought of everything we would need to feel comfortable. I especially loved the coffee bar! The condo grounds are well kept, parking was ample and location was convenient to the main corner in Havasu.

Great little property!

This is a great little property with a great host! Only bad thing I could write is that the pool and hot tub were closed for a few days during our stay, and that’s not even that bad.

Property is so comfortable, nice and well stocked. We could walk to many restaurants and the bridge. There is a park within walking distance and we watched the boat parade from there. Would definitely recommend.

Cutest little condo! Well appointed and calming decor! Probably one of the best rentals I’ve dealt with, well stocked, soft towels, bedding, blankets. I actually love that they put blankets on the sofa and chair as I hate sitting on worn and dirty furniture. Coffee, cookies and ice are such a nice touch! Having had a 2nd home in Havasu for 20 years, it was so nice not to worry about cleaning and maintaining when visiting our boat! This will be our go to for smaller trips to town for sure!

This condo is understated. It is a perfect getaway. It is convenient and right down the street from many amenities a walk to the lake five minutes to London bridge grocery stores on either side of the complex. There’s a very nice community pool with Spa and Lounge is to lay out. Some condos. Would have Lakeview with gorgeous sunsets. There is also Pickleball many sidewalks grassy area for the pets, five stars all the way around.
