âThe room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why.
Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.â
âNice hotel. Easy to find. Large comfortable room (1 bedroom suite). Clean and quiet. Ok WiFi. Courteous staff. Good restaurant on premises, plenty of other restaurants close by (you of course need a car). Safe area and plenty of parking. Nice little indoor pool and fitness area. Only mediocre was complementary breakfast but ok for being in the US. All in all, would definitely stay there again and can recommend it.â

Rymliga rum, sköna sĂ€ngar inklusive sĂ€ngklĂ€derna. Vi bodde hĂ€r 4 nĂ€tter och i början av vistelsen var det vĂ€ldigt kallt ute sĂ„ dĂ„ lĂ€t det en del frĂ„n ACn nĂ€r den gick igĂ„ng med jĂ€mna mellanrum för att vĂ€rma upp rummet. Frukosten ingick och dĂ€r fanns en del varm mat, pankaksmaskin, olika sorters bröd, flingor, yoghurt samt varma...

- room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could.
- baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...
