My worst booking

check in was great and contact person was great until complaints. Said she would refund one day still have not seen that or heard from her and she said she talked to my wife but that was not ta true statement. Boat lift power is controlled by switch in master bathroom. House was dirty and sheets where nasty. Would not stay here again. Worst rent we have been at in Freeport. They do have great neighbors and the house is currently for sale.

Very nice

My family & I enjoyed our stay. I couldn’t give a 5 star rating because of roaches. The house wasn’t overrun, but they were there. Other than roaches, the house was clean & comfortable.

Great 4th if July

This property was perfect for our group of 6. Very big kitchen and master suite. Had a great time fishing and crabbing off the dock. Also the owner keeps the place stocked with things to use at the beach which was really nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Very Nice Vacation place

The home its self was really nice. Wish there was a better please to fish. The neighbor to the left wasn't very nice. He didnt want any music or anything during the day time. came over and told us to keep it down. Then called the owner and lied on us. Over all the place its self was really nice.

Overall would stay again just some minor issues. House was spacious and decorated, nice location. Floors were in bad need of sweeping, shower in master didn't work, and dishes were put away dirty in the cabinets...also just know that the water is not safe to drink, you need to bring bottled. Would have been fine if we knew beforehand, was just annoying to have to go back to the store after we arrived. Not bad just needs a little attention to cleanliness.

Just a couple things that could use improvement

Check in is a little late 4pm and check out is a little early 10 am also there is no access to water there to swim ,the beach is close yes but swimming at the house is a No ! (we were definitely looking forward to swimming at the home )Also water is not drinkable at home they tell you when you get there but they don’t tell you before hand .
