I did discuss it with my staff and explained you situation to them. fortunately, because of the security door random people cannot just walk in off the street.

The 500 number written on your keycard holder is the number you would dial should any problems arise. The coffee had to be changed as we have a lot of early morning workers that consume an abundance of it and is replenished as soon as we open up.

I do apologize for the malfunctioning heating , however as soon as you let front desk know, they moved you to another room immediately. We also have extra blankets available at the front desk on request. As far as no drapes are concerned all Woodspring suites have blinds and not drapes, as you can see on the Woodspring Suite site.

We encourage our guests to let front desk know if they have any concerns so we have the opportunity to make it right for you. Unfortunately to provide breakfast for our guests we would have to raise our prices to match the other more expensive hotels. We would rather have an affordable clean room for our guests to stay in.
