The Space:
Cozy Bear Lodge offers ample parking with two driveways that can accommodate 5 vehicles, plus a convenient two-car garage. As you step inside, you’ll find a cozy office space that includes a computer monitor and a printer.

On the main level, enjoy the comfortable king-size primary bedroom with an en suite full bathroom featuring a shower. There’s also another full bathroom with a bathtub, making it easy for everyone to freshen up. A fully stocked laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Living Areas:
The open living room, kitchen, and dining area are perfect for gathering. The dining table seats eight, and the living room features a gas fireplace and a large TV for cozy evenings in. From here, you can access the outdoor deck, where you can relax, dine al fresco, and enjoy the lovely mountain views. The deck includes seating for eight and a gas grill, ideal for weekend cookouts.

Loft & Bedrooms:
Head upstairs to the loft, which includes a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress. The loft bedroom offers a full-size bed with a twin trundle bed, an en suite full bathroom with a bathtub, and a TV — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Family Fun in the Basement:
The basement family room is a great space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring another large TV, a gas fireplace, and a foosball table for some friendly competition. There are two queen Murphy beds for additional sleeping arrangements, along with a fourth full bathroom with a shower. This area also leads outside to a small lawn perfect for kids to play.

Additional Amenities:
For those traveling with an RV or needing to charge a Tesla, Cozy Bear Lodge includes a convenient 50-amp electric hookup.
