Watersedge Lakehouse ligger bara 15 meter tillbaka från kanten av Lake of Bays.

Vårt andra hem är 15 minuter från West Gate of Algonquin Park; 15 minuter till Deerhurst Resort (inomhuspool och badtunna, klättervägg och arkad), 20 minuter från Huntsville och Arrowhead Provincial Park (känd skridskoåkning och slangpark i vintermånaderna) och i närheten av Dorset (Lookout Tower och Robinsons General Store, röstade Kanadas favorit) och Dwight (Henriettas Bageri). Många kilometer snöskoter spårar precis utanför dörren med ett företag som arbetar i Dwight som kommer att leverera maskiner till din dörr för 1/2 och hel daguthyrning (inklusive trail pass och trail guide map). ATV uthyrning erbjuds av samma företag - perfekt för vår och hösten. Treetop Trekking Aerial Park 20 minuter bort. Stor ny (strax under 2000 kvadratmeter hamn), eldstaden granit sittgrupp; 18 x 20, 3 säsong muskoka rum och 4 -5 person utomhus badtunna drift hela året.

Noise travels on the Lake - quiet time after 11 pm. If any furniture(inside and out) is moved it must be moved back to its original position.

Beautiful spot and totally all-purpose and all-season!

Went with our family over March break and everyone could do their thing... games, ice fishing (caught a hug trout!), skiing, great kitchen, fireplace and grand room perfect, all excellent!

Better than we imagined it would be! Stunning views, peaceful area and beautiful place. Such a wonderful spot to ring in the new year. Lots of room, so clean! Loved that cozy cottage vibe. Hot tub was a hit and so were the deer. The fireplace was lovely! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, instructions were clear and simple and our hosts were very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return one day!!!

Rooms were clean. The bedroom closets, drawers and kitchen cupboards were packed full, so no room to put our stuff. The refrigerator was empty and had a lot of space. We were able to stack out non-perishable food on the counter and at one end of the table. We only stayed 3 nights so it worked fine.

A lovely winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Watersedge Lakehouse. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner provided lots of great tips for the area and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and stay again ourselves!

Incredible Lake of Bays Hideaway

Watersedge Lakehouse is a pristine vacation home with incredible, unobstructed views of the larger bay area. Our group welcomed 2022 with a four day NYE weekend! The cottage is quite private offering every opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the property and greater Dwight area. The hot tub overlooking the lake was fantastic, great assortment of board games & large open concept kitchen/living room (& 3 season room) overlooking the bay. The cottage had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms to easily accommodate the 8 adults in our party. Many hiking/skiing trails within a short drive. The host responded to any questions within the hour and was very helpful in recommending local trails, etc. Hoping to return later this year! Melissa

It was such a lovely cottage, had everything you needed and more! We only stayed a weekend but would of lived to be there a week, and the owner is amazing she is available and quick to answer. We will definitely be back!

A great family getaway

A gorgeous property. Our family enjoyed the lovely fall scenery, sitting on the dock, the cozy firepit, the canoes and paddleboards, the hot tub overlooking the lake.... everything was perfect.

Looking for a perfect cottage getaway for the family with incredible lakeside views and sunsets to remember? Look no further. This cottage completely WOWd my family. VERY kid friendly with hidden ‘Easter eggs’ all throughout the cottage and the grounds to keep them entertained and enchanted. We’re going to make this an annual booking.

Great location and accommodations

The cottage was awesome, it had all amenities we needed. Joanne also touched base a couple times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The only downside was that there wasn’t much storage space for dry food or clothes as the cupboards and closets were full. We would definitely consider booking this location in the future.

Amazing chalet on a beautiful lake
