Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. “Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. “The rooms on the 1st floor where the office is are very musty. Shower drain was slow. Besides that the place was clean.”

“Everything was just as described. We were in town for an event, and Becky at the Front Desk offered to get us on the available shuttle. The breakfast was grab-n-go, which was just fine as we had to scoot early. The room was extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated that the establishment requested quiet after 10 p.m. The only challenge was no channel guide. If that's the only complaint, we would say that's a tiny, non-existent...

“Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.”

“I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay.”
