Lake Memories Last a Lifetime!! Prime Lake of the Ozarks property located right off Horseshoe Bend Parkway and the 2 MM by water. Gorgeous lakefront condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, WALK-IN access from parking lot (no steps to enter), 12 x 32 boat slip located directly in front of the unit and an elevator to take you to ground level. There are THREE pools and TWO hot tubs on the property with a boardwalk lining the lake - two of the pools overlook the main channel and have loungers and grills for you to utilize. This unit has all the conveniences and comfort of your home since it's our home away from home. Living Room, Kitchen and Dining features an open concept with an island and plenty of seating for everyone! Owners bedroom features a super comfy king sized bed with luxury linens, an en suite with a jacuzzi tub/shower, walk-in closet for your use (complete with hangers and iron and board). Second bedroom offers a bunk bed setup with queen bed and full bed over and also has a walk-in closet. Luxury linens for beds, luxury towels and hand soap for bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen including basic spices, condiments, plenty of cookware, a variety of drink glasses and a Cuisinart K cup coffee maker with K cups provided. A bar with bar accessories and a variety of bar drinkware is located in the black cabinet in the kitchen/dining area. There is a laundry room with a washer & dryer, plus full laundry and cleaning supplies for your use. Property is conveniently located near several lakefront dining options accessible by water or land, fine dining, grocery stores and the Bagnell Dam Strip. **NOTE** There is NO trailer parking on the property between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Strictly enforced! There is also no boat launch, so you'll need to make arrangements at a nearby marina or the state park.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were especially comfy—we all slept great! We really appreciated the no-step entry, which made coming and going super easy. The location was perfect for us—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay.

Everything was great except the 2nd toilet overflowed. I also emailed on the day we checked in that the smoke detector needed a battery so it beeped the whole week. We also told maintenance about the light off on the front porch and master closet. All minor things. All in all it was a great week

Updated-Clean-Spacious Condo with a view!

This condo is VERY nice! All the furniture was very comfortable. This condo was immaculate! Very clean, smelled good, and was updated very nicely. Although we didn’t cook here it had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The deck and view were amazing! The pools and hot tubs were great too! We enjoyed hanging out here and can’t wait to re-book! The owner was also very nice 😁

Very Enjoyable Stay

This is a great condo to stay at for a short or long getaway. Monarch Cove is a great location close to dining and entertainment. The owners obviously take pride in their condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and well appointed-great lake access

The property was very well stocked with what appeared to be all new linens, towels, etc. Nice view of lake and great access to a covered slip, right below the property. Elevator made day trips to and from the boat much easier than most. Brought our boat from another lake location and it worked out very well.

Relaxing trip

This property is exactly as described and pictured. The entire complex is very clean and you can tell it's tended to regularly. There was even security that made rounds on foot every few hours, this helps with feeling safe for sure, especially at night. Just make sure you hang your parking tags, they are watching! Lol This condo was great for my Granny as it is truly a walk in condo, zero steps. There are some steps to get to the nearest pool, but with the elevator, it wasn't too terrible. The pool located nearest this condo was pretty quiet, which was very much appreciated. The owners are very responsive. The neighboring condos were fairly quiet, no disruptions. I would recommend this property for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing get away.
