This condo requires one flight of stairs to access the unit.
Two vehicles maximum; parking passes are required.
Pets may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.
House Rules: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been granted. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with community guidelines. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the screened porch. Well-behaved pets are welcome only with prior approval, a signed pet agreement, and applicable pet fees. Pets should be on leashes all the time and waste pick up is required. Guests are responsible for treating the home, furnishings, and community amenities with care and respect. Please keep doors and windows closed while the heating or air conditioning is operating. Any maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so they can be addressed as quickly as possible. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee but cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak season. Before departure, please start the dishwasher, place used towels in the bathrooms, dispose of all trash in the designated receptacles, lock all doors and windows, turn off lights and small appliances, and set the thermostat to the departure temperature listed in the welcome guide. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
