Enjoy peaceful lake views, a scenic pond, and a fenced pasture on this private, rural property spanning nearly 100 shared acres with a half mile of Sand Lake shoreline and a sandy swimming beach.

This cozy cottage features a private queen bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a comfortable living area. There is also a main home on the property that sleeps up to eight guests, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups.

The Space
Relax and unwind in a truly private setting—you won’t see neighbors from the yard. The property offers multiple outdoor seating areas, several fire pits, wooded trails, and a dock for fishing. Just outside the cottage is a shared patio with a gas grill.

Take a short walk through the woods to the hand-built stabor (primitive cabin), located at a junction of trails with beautiful lake views.

In the winter, enjoy direct access to a snowmobile trail from the property. Sand Lake is also perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing—bring your gear and explore.

Pets are welcome with a fee and must be leashed.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the dock, lakeside sitting areas, trails, and the stabor. The trails are great for walking, running, or a short fat-tire bike loop, with additional biking trails nearby. There’s also a scenic two-mile run through the woods.

Please note: there is some poison ivy in the wooded areas, so we recommend staying on the trails.

This property also includes another home that can be booked together for larger groups, making it an ideal setting for small weddings or family gatherings.
