“It was a good stay. Comfortable beds. Room was not ready at check in even though it was after 3 PM, but it was a short wait. Unfortunately, we received the room next to the breakfast area so we woke up early in the morsning. ”

“Staff was nice and offered to give us another room when we found 2 used washcloths in bathroom. The rest of room looked clean so we stayed put. Later we noticed no shower mat. We only stayed one night and tried to call down for a late checkout as my husband wasn’t feeling well the next morning and our room phone didn’t work. Then my husband was stuck in the bathroom as the door latch stuck close and he couldn’t get out. He was able to use a room key card I slid under the door to luckily unlatch...
