Hotell i Lake San Marcos

“Wonderful hotel. Modern, beautiful, clean. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff.”

“Staff was very nice. Bathroom had a bit of a mold issue. Couldn’t see it but could smell it. Property was under construction so outside our room was a bunch of old mattresses. But overall the bed was comfortable the room was spacious. Breakfast was a little later in the morning so we had to eat once we got back from my son’s early morning game. But the food was good.”

“Slept like a baby, very nice bed and pillow, fast check in, just what we needed for a1 night stay”

“The room was clean and spacious. AC was a bit difficult to set accurately, and rather noisy. Breakfast foods were delicious. Major complaint: room rate for Saturday was about $150 more than Sunday. And, at that rate the room was not refreshed at all Sunday morning: bed left unmade, no fresh towels, no new coffee packets for the in-room maker. Very unsatisfactory for a room well above $300 in north San Diego County (not NYC, LA, SF, even downtown San Diego)!”

“Oct 3 rd we didn't have water to showe ourselves in the morning due to some water hydrant accident. But hotel didn't inform us regarding the inconvenience or do nothing. It was very inconvenient and handle poorly.”

“Most everything was fine except for a few things. Bathrooms needed a refresh on paint and caulking. The worst part is the noise factor from floors above. You could hear every footstep. I would not book this room again for that one factor alone.”

“Hotel was clean and quiet, even though close to a small airport. Comfortable beds, TV has the option to log onto Netflix or Amazon prime video which was handy for the evening. Bathroom was too plain and shower was not good but otherwise no complaint.”

“Always great staff and clean rooms”

“Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay”

“We stayed for about two weeks, visiting from Europe. Location in the middle of a business park. The hotel was undergoing a much-needed renovation leading to water being turned off one day, the open path to the breakfast room through the hotel changing, etc. Also, the breakfast went from decent to horrible back to decent due to the kitchen undergoing renovation during our stay. The room smelled a bit musty, so we left the windows cracked most days, but the very close distance to the Palomar...

“Breakfast is great, the staff is great, but some of the rooms (ours) still need to be remodeled. Two years ago, our room had been and it was nice.”

“My Family had the best experience here, it was beautiful, the area all around was very peaceful, clean, and had beautiful weather. The room was so comfy, and staff was amazing. Thank you!”

“I was told they had a hot tub upon arrival but they didn’t … fire pit didn’t work and elevator was also broken. Bathroom door didn’t completely close”

“even though it was a short stay the room was not clean, and after telling the front desk for getting clean towels and have them clean the room this was not done while we were out, and the front desk said it was our responsibility to keep asking them, I'm guessing I was expecting too much from this place so I'll not stay at Holiday Inn anymore”
