Magiska North Tahoe Getaway; tre sovrum, wifi, nytt kök och badtunna

Underbart anpassat hem i trädbevuxna Talmont Estates, nära Tahoe City, där uppehållet erbjuder panoramautsikt över Lake Tahoe. Tre stora sovrum. Varje sovrum har en dubbelsäng och badrum. Dessutom finns det en våningssäng och två enkelsängar i 2 sovrum. Varje sovrum har också en TV. Två bad är nya med vackra kaklade duschar och jacuzzi. Köket är helt ombyggt med en kommersiell Viking Gas Range, Frankie Sink / Faucet och bänkskivor i granit. Detta hus är trevligt inredda och har alla sängkläder. Det finns två däck; en (bak) har en fantastisk Hot Springs Hot Tub på den. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa, en ny 55-tums LCD-TV och en vedspis med en glasdörr. Vi har ett bra kabel-tv-paket och höghastighets-kabelinternet med en trådlös router. Detta hus är mycket välutrustat. Levereras med kryddat ved, Lion gas BBQ grill på bakre däck, high end köket kokkärl / skålar, ett stort utbud av matlagningskryddor och elektriska staket ledningar skyddar alla marknivå dörrar och fönster för att hålla björnar borta från huset medan du sover eller borta för dagen. Dessutom kommer med privat strand tillgång.

Paige Meadows Retreat: Talmont Estates är ett bra område för promenader, cykling eller bara umgås. Mycket barnvänligt och husdjursvänligt också (utanför allfarvägen, relativt låg trafik). Gångavstånd till Paige Meadows, en kedja av alpina ängar som är en lokal favorit för vandring och längdskidåkning.

Privata strandrättigheter: Den här fastigheten har rättigheter till stranden vid Tahoe Park Beach intill Sunnyside Resort. Inkluderar en lekplats, gungor, bar-b-que gropar, hästsko, volleyboll och picknickbord.

This house is a 5 star place to stay. The kitchen is amazing; it’s equipped with everything you could need plus more. Three big bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms. Plus another full bathroom. Entire house was very clean. Lots of off street parking. Great location. Close to town and ski areas.The owner was very responsive to our questions. We cannot say enough good things about this house.

The home worked perfectly for our family. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and ate our dinners at the large table on the front porch. We liked the close proximity to the beach associated with the VRBO.

Our stay over the 4th of July was great! The location is perfect on the West Shore, and the neighborhood is quiet with lovely neighbors. The house has a bathroom in each bedroom. It worked well for our family and we would stay again. The house only has two towels per bathroom so it made it tricky for a 6 day stay for-more than two people per bedroom. Also, it does not have a garage that is available for guests so we had to bring in our chairs and boards and cooler up the stairs everyday and there was not really any room for those things in the house.

Love this place! Three large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for each, really nice touch. Well appointed kitchen with large windows letting in natural light. Cozy living room with large screen TV and DVDs. This time of year, don't forget mosquito repellant and allergy meds (a lot of pollen around the area).

We had 5 adults and a dog very comfortably housed over memorial day weekend. With 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, we had plenty of space. We loved the jacuzzi. The neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to some moderate hiking trails. The kitchen was very well-stocked with amenities. We really had no complaints and would certainly stay again! Note for dog owners that the yard is not fenced.

We booked Curtis’ property for a recent trip with friends to ski Palisades Tahoe. The location was great, only about 15 minutes or so to the mountain from the house. All of the instructions and documentation Curtis provided in his communications both via email and at the hose were concise and easy to follow. Check in process was very easy and straight forward. The cabin was very clean and well stocked from soap and shampoo to coffee and kitchenware. The beds were also very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a rustic escape. In the evenings we were just a quick 5-10 minute ride to Main Street and many restaurants but there was also a market nearby and we could have easily prepared meals at the house with all that was provided. Overall a great experience and a great location for a ski getaway!

This house was phenomenal for our Tahoe ski vacation with friends. The house was extremely clean, stocked very well, bathroom in each room and king sized beds. Extra bonus that it’s dog friendly. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. We were almost snowed in and the owner was very responsive and flexible with the situation.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. No problems with check-in, clean upon arrival and great communication with our host. The house had everything we needed and the location was great! Just a ten minute walk from Paige Meadows and a 45 min drive to Sugarbowl. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here in Sept 2023 and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our size family, loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had all their own private bathrooms. This is an amazing cabin with lots of room! We loved the location with access to hiking trails in the neighborhood and a short drive to the private beach park. The highlights of the house were the lovely front deck, hot tub and grill out back, and the amazing kitchen. The beds were also really comfortable. It was a super relaxing stay, and we would definitely come back in the future!

My family spent 4 nights in Curtis' place and had a great stay. There was more than enough space for everybody. The two upper bedrooms would be great for two small families. One had a king bed with twin bunk beds in a large closet that had its own window, light, vent, and some shelving, so it could be partitioned off from the main bedroom, while the other had a king bed with a twin bed in an alcove. Both were en suite, one with a bathtub, one with a step in shower. The downstairs bedroom had a queen bed with another en suite bathroom with step in shower, and then there was a fourth full bathroom in the hall. All of the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A note for less mobile people: the beds were all rather high, and my elderly mother needed to improvise a stool to get on and off of the queen. The living room had three couches, a bunch of games and a fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a lot of counter space, basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, etc), a lot of dishes and utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc etc. We didn't use the outdoor space much, but the front porch was spacious with a nice table and chairs, and there was a hot tub and grill as well. The house is located a little out of the way, since it's ~5 minutes up quite a steep hill from 89 (stunning views on the drive). The private beach was nice - I recommend checking it out. Curtis was very responsive every time I messaged him. We would definitely stay here again!
