•Maximum Occupancy: 8;
•Parking: Garage parking for 2 cars, plus limited space in the driveway. (The driveway can be difficult to access during winter months, so please ensure you are traveling in a vehicle suited for winter conditions.). During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•STR Permit: 22-5330;
•Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.

Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates.
