“Do not stay here! I booked a room 3 weeks in advance of our trip. We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it! We had laid on the bed, used the restroom but they didn't clean it before renting to someone else. Now it makes me wonder how clean the room was that we...

“The hotel is quite nice as is the staff. But, the washroom for the sink faucet and bathroom tub / shower, both drains emitted a terrible septic odor. Something really needs to be done about this. Imagine other rooms have the same problem. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location, and all else was great.”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

“They should not be rooming people until the repairs from the tornado damage are completed. The windows are broken, the boarded windows are not sealed so who knows what kind of mold and animal life come through, including bugs. It smells like mold and weed. The water is brown, we had to use water bottles to brush our teeth and wash our hands/face. The towels are stained yellow. It feels gross being there, we left early.
