wonderful time on top of waterfalls.
We arrived a little early and Jason was very accommodating. The condo was gorgeous, the deck awesome, the only disappointing part was the screen door in the bedroom leading to the balcony was missing so we were unable to leave the door open and listen to the sounds..

Beautiful waterfall view
The place was cute and the view perfect, bed was so great , soft comfortable pellows,super soft sheets . Nice Mexico restaurant on top of hill ,couple minute walk. Just need a little map to show where the pool is at and if trail goes down to falls where it is . Was a absolutely perfect vacation Thank you for the use of your home Scharlotte & Mike

Amazing Property
Property offered an incredible view and was beautifully decorated. Fireplace offered extra ambiance. Amenities were on point with comfort and cleanliness. Location was great for Gorges State Park and all other outdoor activities. I would recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful views
Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to invest in your outside deck. It’s the star and should be given some attention to show off that beautiful view. Invest in new table and high top chairs so you can see over the railing. When we walked out on the deck the chairs were scattered and there are a lot of cobb webs. House keeping should spend time making sure it’s all cleaned up out there. Great wine glasses and the bed was super comfortable.

The Name Says It All
This condo is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Exactly as advertised. We had the benefit of heavy rains in the days prior to our stay, which made the waterfall truly spectacular. Manager was super helpful and communicative. Popular Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Great waterfall hiking nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view
When I saw the pic on vrbo I didn’t believe it- but it’s true! That is exactly what it looks like off the deck! Close enough you can hear the falls inside. Just beautiful!! Host responds quickly to questions. Great welcome pack on arrival. Parking can be tight if you have a pick up ( Ford F-150 ). Every kitchen appliance you can think of. Great stay!

Cozy Mountain Condo with Comfy King Bed
We spent 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked, bed was comfy, water was hot and views were nice! We made a fire in the bedroom and enjoyed coffee that was provided by our host, Jason. It was a relaxing stay and perfect location for a quick day trip to Cashiers and Highlands. We were also close to some fabulous waterfall hikes and a couple of good restaurants, including the Mexican restaurant located just a short walk up the hill.

What a gem!
Excellent location between Cashier's and Bevard. Even though it's on the road, there was zero road noise. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. View was amazing and can't be beat. We loved the snacks and water that were left for us, thank you host and the Charmin toilet paper! Both nice touches! Good collection of coffee too. The only and I mean only thing lacking is water pressure in the shower but that didn't bother us enough for us not to stay here again. Great stay!

Weekend Getaway
This condo is great! Perfect for a couple or small family. Beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home. The sunrise over the mountains and falls is breathtaking, and the view of the falls, oh my, you couldn’t ask for a better view. You can hear the falls even before stepping out on the deck, then once outside the falls are right there in view. We enjoyed exploring the area and riding through the mountain roads. Found some great places to eat. We had the best time and will definitely consider staying here again.

The owner loves their guests!
We had everything that we could need. The owner outfitted this condo with great cooking equipment and plenty of linens etc. The owner supplied fireplace logs and even Christmas decorations! We loved it and felt very welcome! The view is amazing!

This was our 1st time leaving Florida & simply the best place we could have chosen. Extremely clean, beautiful view, & perfect location. Kitchen had every small appliance/utensil we needed to cook with. We stayed for 5 days & will most certainly be back. Loved the woodland theme inside. Also, Two fire places ? Like that’s awesome. Idk if that’s a NC thing, but I was so excited about that. The rushing waterfall in the backyard was the best sound to fall asleep/wake up to. Our 5 year old was amazed as well. (So sorry about the guest book scribbles…. Son got it while we were sleeping) People asked for the link to stay there the moment I posted my pics. Thanks, Jason. Happy new year!

Outstanding Visit
We spent three days at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Communication was great both before and during our stay. It was nice waking up to the sound of the waterfall from the deck. I was surprised at how well stocked this condo was, I mean this owner thought of everything! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again.

Jason’s unit was everything described and more. It was clean, spacious and had everything you need for a little getaway. And the sound of the waterfall in the background each morning was bliss! Fall foliage vacation
Great one bedroom condo, overlooking waterfalls and fall foliage. There is a potential extra bed with the sofa in the living room. Location is right near Lake Toxaway and state park and it’s located within several miles of grocery store and nice restaurants.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and provided everything we could need. Also, it was in a great location for us. The waterfall view was amazing, and we were lucky enough to get to enjoy some of the fall leaves. Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the place was a perfect location for all of the surrounding waterfalls. We hiked every day and visited over 25 waterfalls. Location was 40 mins from Highlands, 25 from Brevard and 20 from Cashiers. That made it very convenient commute to those areas to hike. The view is awesome too! We will definitely return

Mountain Getaway
Lovely condo with a GORGEOUS mountain AND waterfall view! Our family of 4 loved the space...very well decorated and stocked. We loved the deck and the huge master bedroom/bath. We enjoyed the proximity to several state parks for hiking/water activities (Gorges, Devil's Fork, Panthertown) and used this as our home base for several day trips at these places. We really enjoyed walking to the Mexican restaurant and enjoying their beautiful deck and view as well! A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE VIEW!

GREAT VIEW
Very pretty view from back porch. Glad we read other reviews so we knew to turn in by Tex Mex restaurant. Great market to buy food about 12 miles toward Highlands. When you travel with a pet, you do takeout. Mountain Grocery in Highlands has some good stuff too! Also Ugly Dog Pub has nice outdoor patio. Overall pleasant visit with lovely cascade sounds!
