The master bedroom is generously proportioned, offering a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with HIS and HER sinks on opposite sides, an expansive walk-in shower equipped with dual shower heads, and a luxurious jacuzzi.

The pool deck and backyard are cocooned in a high fence for your utmost privacy. For outdoor dining, we provide a propane BBQ grill, along with a table and chairs on our expansive covered lanai. The pool deck offers a range of lounges and chairs for your relaxation.

A lovely public park is just a few minutes' walk from the house. To access the beach, you'll find the Lake Worth Casino and Beach Center within a 3-mile radius, offering pristine white sand beaches, oceanfront parks with restrooms and picnic amenities, beach chair and cabana rentals, as well as beachside dining options.

The master suite boasts an en-suite full bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi, while two additional hall bathrooms are at your disposal. We've stocked the kitchen with all the essentials, including cookware, silverware, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a rice cooker, Keurig, and regular drip coffee makers, coffee, cream, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and an array of spices for your culinary adventures.

•LAUNDRY ROOM
In our in-house laundry room, you'll find the convenience of 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage, all provided at no extra cost.
We also offer an iron and ironing board, thoughtfully placed in one of the bedroom closets for your convenience.

• OUTDOOR – POOL & HOT TUB

Relax in the private, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, furnished with comfortable lounge seating beside the pool and hot tub. The pool features modern saltwater technology using a salt-chlorine generator, which means fewer harsh chemicals and a gentler feel on your skin.

Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating
For added comfort, heating may be added to your reservation:

- Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating – $59 daily ($64.02 total with taxes and vrbo fees).
The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 87°F throughout the day, and the hot tub can be set to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and is available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.

- Hot Tub Only Option (Summer: May – October) – $35 nightly ($37.98 total with taxes and vrbo fees). Heat the hot tub only, available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.

Heating is optional and must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

Listing Note:
Optional add-ons, services, or amenity fees (such as pool heat, hot tub heat, additional guests, and similar extras) are subject to applicable taxes, as well as Vrbo processing/service fees, and will be included in the payment request.

- The covered lanai includes a propane grill (propane provided), dining tables and chairs for outdoor meals, and beach chairs for guests to enjoy during beach outings.

You'll have ample parking space with a private driveway that accommodates up to 5 vehicles.

Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest (up to the 14-person limit) is $30 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.

- Parking
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

- Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

- Pets
Well-behaved furry friends are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please enter the correct number of pets when making your reservation and notify us in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.

- Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.

- Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone—including our neighbors—can relax.
