Access the upstairs apartment or front house — both are off limits



Shared Spaces:



- The attached patio is a shared space for both units



- Access is from the alleyway and includes shared parking



The Neighborhood:

This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants.

4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking, lovely neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to Lake Hollingsworth.

Your entrance is downstairs, under the covered patio, to the left side of the building. Do not go upstairs or use the blue French doors.
