Perfectly perched near the lake and two miles from skiing and mountain biking at China Peak, this stylish condo will be just the place to kick back and let life's cares slip away with the summer breeze! The interior of this getaway will have you spoiled in no time with wonderful wood paneling throughout, nautical decor, plush furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace (wood is not provided). The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to whip up family-favorite recipes in no time. Come summer, sip a glass of wine amongst the towering trees on the back deck as you grill up some kabobs on the gas grill. When you want to venture out a bit, the shared pool and hot tub can be just the place to cool off or soak in bliss after a day on the slopes!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
