Historical Downtown Flat

This historic and updated flat provides a great experience in Lakeview's downtown district. It's located on the second floor of one of the only buildings to survive the fire of 1916. It's a bit of history and a bit of class. A perfect retreat while being in the center of it all. Quick access to the park, community pool, bar, coffee shop, flower shop, bike shop, eateries and more. This is a one king bedroom and one bath flat has great space in all rooms. It has a laundry room as well as a good sized kitchen, living room, and dinning room. We allow up to four guests- although there is just one bed- we do provide a blow up mattress and bedding located in the laundry room closet. Please do not go out the back exit unless it is an emergency. Also- thank you for being respectful of the tenant in Flat B.
